1          Screws

1.1          All screws are stainless steel

1.2          All stainless steel screws are supplied with kitchen with at least THREE extra screws of each size.

2          Hinges:

2.1         DTC brand 107º hinge for framed American Style Cabinets

3          Drawer runners:

3.1         Full extension runners, stainless steel material

4          Plinths (Kickboard/ Toe kick)

4.1         Usually, plinths are made of the same material and colour as carcass, fixed with screws.

5          Handles

5.1         All holes for mounting handles are predrilled unless customer specified. 

5.2         Handles are parallel to the drawer bottom or side, whichever applies, or centred when appropriate.

5.3         All handle screws are supplied with kitchen (See section 1)

6          Counter tops
Counter tops can be Granite, Marble, Man-Made Stone (Polymarble) or Technistone®, Please specify the sizes of countertops you wanted, include the length, width and thickness.
Also, let us know the edge cutting you prefer.

7          Carcass: Board for carcass with construction moisture controlled to 8-12%

7.1          Assembled with quick connect hardware, coffie color

7.2          Carcass Gable Panel: 3/5 Plywood with painting Can change to be 3/4

7.3          Carcass Front Frame: 4/5 in Natural Solid Wood, same wood as drawer front

7.4          Carcass Bottom Panel: 3/5 Plywood with painting

7.5          Back Panel: 1/2 Plywood with inside painting (1/8 panel with 3/8 frame)

7.6          Shelves: 5/8 plywood with painting

7.7          Carcass dimensions to be made +/- 1mm

7.8          For hanging wall cabinets, use wall hanging brackets with loading capacity not less than 130 KG.

8          Doors :

8.1         Wood Species: We can supply solid wood as American Oak, Maple, Cherry, Birch, etc. PLS specify the solid wood for frame, door and drawer front.

8.1.1        Oak, Maple, Cherry or Birch in natural finish unless specified by customer, others as demanded by customers

8.1.2        No block-joined Solid Wood frames or small panels. Large panels are made of 2-4 pieces of wood with vertical join and runs the entire length of the panel

8.1.3        No excess glue can be visible

8.1.4        No surface imperfections

8.2         Door Materials Used:

8.2.1        All Natural Solid Wood, 4/5 natural wood Door Frame, with solid wood central panel (Notice: Thickness of Central Panel depends on specific door style, same as bellowing)

8.2.2        Solid Wood Frame with MDF Veneer, 4/5 natural wood Door Frame, MDF centre panel with solid-wood-like veneer (0.3-0.5mm thickly coated).

8.2.3        All MDF veneer, 4/5 MDF Door Frame with 1/2 or 3/5" MDF with solid-wood-like veneer (0.3-0.5mm thickly coated).

8.3         Door Styles: We can supply various solid wood doors in Raised Panel, Flat Panel or Mullion doors.  --PLS check our collection for door styles.

9          Drawers:

9.1         Drawer Front: 4/5 in natural Solid Wood

9.2         Drawer Construction: 4 sided with 3/8 plywood
